It is important that you report any items requiring repair or maintenance to your property manager as soon as you become aware of them. General repairs should be notified in writing and are usually actioned within 14 days. Urgent repairs should be reported immediately to your property manager either by telephone or email.
Examples of urgent repairs include:
- Burst hot water services
- Faulty external door locks
- Gas leaks
- Flooding or storm damage
- Serious roof leaks
- Dangerous electrical faults
- Fire damage
These issues must be reported immediately for priority attention by calling 0477462299 or by emailing the request form to email@example.com
If the urgent repair is required on a weekend then you may call our on call Property Manager on 0477462299 for assistance.
Leaving a Property
Your Tenancy Agreement states you are required to give at least 28 days notice if you intend to vacate one of our properties and that you must include the final date of your tenancy. Your notice can be emailed, posted (preferably registered post) or delivered by hand to our office.
